Three people have died on the Evros border in the past month. The last victim of the murderous EU border regime was a Syrian woman, Fatima Seikh Rashid (55), who was trapped together with tens of other refugees on an islet in the Evros river for days. She died of kidney failure on April 20th, because the Greek state refused to comply with the demand of the ECtHR to provide the group with food, water, medical assistance, and the right to apply for asylum. Instead, the refugees were pushed-back to Turkey.

Τρεις άνθρωποι έχασαν τη ζωή τους στα σύνορα στον Έβρο μέσα στον προηγούμενο μήνα. Το τελευταίο θύμα του δολοφονικού/εγκληματικού συνοριακού καθεστώτος της Ε.Ε. ήταν μία Σύρια, η Fatima Seikh Rashid (55), η οποία παγιδεύτηκε μαζί με δεκάδους άλλους πρόσφυγες σε μία νησίδα στον ποταμό Έβρο για μέρες. Πέθανε από νεφτική ανεπάρκεια στις 20 Απριλίου, επειδή το ελληνικό κράτος αρνήθηκε να συμμορφωθεί με το αίτημα του ECtHR για παροχή βοήθειας στο γκρουπ με φαγητό, νερό, ιατρική βοήθεια και το δικαίωμα αίτησης ασύλου. Αντίθετα, οι πρόσφυγες επαναπροωθήθηκαν στην Τουρκία.
Καλούμε όλους να συμμετέχουν στην επείγουσα διαμαρτυρία ενάντια στις δολοφονίες και τις επαναπροωθήσεις στα σύνορα Ελλάδας/Ε.Ε.
